As Chief Executive Officer of Esdaile I Ryus, Charles is responsible for running the agency's daily operations and developing, and overseeing the implementation of, all client consulting, branding, advertising, public relations and marketing strategies. In this role, he has developed strategic campaigns for some of the world's most valuable brands including General Electric, Anheuser Busch, DuPont and UBS.

Prior to founding Esdaile I Ryus, Charles enjoyed a successful investment banking career at UBS AG where he was involved in a number of private equity and IPO related transactions. While working on these transactions, Charles realized that most marketing and advertising agencies are unable to understand their client's underlying business strategy and, as a result, they are unable to deliver strategic communications programs that truly meet the needs of executive management and investors.

Esdaile I Ryus was founded to fill this void in the marketplace and offers clients a balanced convergence between business strategy consulting and corporate communications. Charles is a graduate of Boston University.
